Today I went into the Botanist for help renewing my card. The young lady who helped me was very pleasant and smiling the entire time she worked on my card. It took less than 10 minutes. I always have a great experience here. Awesome staff!

My first appointment with Uzma Zakir, Pharmacist was a breath of fresh air compared to working with pain management doctors. Uzma treated myself and my husband with respect, kindness, and understanding of everything I have gone through in the past 8 years. We started with several options at a low dose and adjusted as needed while helping to reduce me off prescription opioids and narcotics. So far my pain level has reduced using both while reducing one medication at a time. Will do updated review after next appointment. Thank you so very much CCC for you making me feel like a human being rather then just another annoyance, as I have been treated by pain management doctors.
